Tiffany A. Owens was raised in Mapleton, Utah. Ms. Owens graduated from Brigham Young University in 2010 with a B.A. in Political Science. In April of 2015, Ms. Owens received her Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Magna Cum Laude.

During law school, Ms. Owens interned for the United States District Court District of Utah as well as the Department of Justice in Los Angeles, California.

Ms. Owens was admitted to the Utah State Bar in October of 2015 and to the New Mexico State Bar in July of 2016. She joined Allen, Shepherd, Lewis, & Syra, P.A. on June 7, 2016. Ms. Owens practices in the areas of personal injury and construction defect.
